Every now and then it's worth looking at how far you've come along. Do you rely on data in your day to day decisions or is your intuition still running the game? How mature is the decision-making process in your team and organization? How data-driven are you? 1. Which type of data and data insights you use in your team to make decisions? Our department data. How big weight personal interview has in your final decision? I let Human Resources hire people for me. Interview is the most important part. If I like the guy, it will be easier to work together. Personal interview has the same weight as other parts of the selection process (competency test, references, previous experience) 9. Solve client issues based on their statistical frequency. Solve issues based on their business impact (and we are able to quantify that!). 10.
